Community Guidelines
Together is designed to be a platform that focuses not on status or self-promotion,
but rather on what truly fulfills us. Here, people can engage in activities they enjoy
and experience great moments together with others who are important to them.
It's about experiencing special moments, discovering new things, having fun,
and being creative.
Our Community Guidelines have been created to ensure that you and all other users can
use our services safely and respectfully. These guidelines are very important and are part of
our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, collectively referred to as the "User Agreement." If you
do not agree with any part of the User Agreement, including the Community Guidelines,
Together may not be the right platform for you.
The Community Guidelines are essentially a compilation of behaviors that promote
respectful interaction. A simple rule is: If you wouldn't want other users to do something to
you on Together, then you shouldn't do it, as it likely violates the Community Guidelines.
However, if you're unsure, here's a detailed list:
§ Bullying, Abuse, and Harassment: Sharing content aimed at bullying, abusing, or
harassing other individuals, whether they are other users or non-users, is not
allowed.
§ Respectful Interaction: Treat other users with respect and consideration and refrain
from hostility. Avoid demeaning or ridiculing anyone. For example, do not mock
names or make derogatory remarks about someone's appearance. Insults, threats,
and offensive language, as well as defamatory or damaging statements, will not be
tolerated.
§ Compliance with Laws and Regulations: You are required to comply with laws and
regulations on our platform. Calls to violence are not accepted on our platform.
Sharing links leading to illegal content (e.g., unauthorized streaming portals) is also
prohibited. You may be held accountable for content. We will disclose your data to
third parties or authorities if required by law.
§ No Discrimination and Defamation: Racist, sexist, misogynistic, homophobic,
anti-Semitic, and other hateful content that generalizes or defames groups of people
is not permitted. It is your responsibility to exclude such interpretations.
§ No Advertising: Spreading advertising through your account is not prohibited, but you
must clearly label it as such. Other content with promotional intent is prohibited.
§ Sharing: Share only photos and videos that you have taken yourself or have
permission to share. The content posted on Together is your property. Make sure to
post authentic content and not content that you have copied or found on the internet
and are not authorized to publish.
§ Child Photos: Many people enjoy sharing photos and videos of their children. For
safety reasons, we may remove images showing naked or semi-naked children.
Even if such content is posted by them completely innocently, we do this for the
benefit of their children.
§ Threats: Threats to personal or public safety are not allowed
§ Offensive Content: Offensive content may result in age restrictions, content removal,
and a warning.
§ Child Sexual Exploitation: Child sexual exploitation is strictly prohibited and tolerates
no content that involves or promotes any form of child sexual exploitation.
§ Protection of Minors: The safety of minors is a priority for us. We do not allow content
that could expose minors to the risk of exploitation or psychological, physical, or
development-related harm.
§ Hateful Content: Sharing content expressing hatred towards individuals or
organizations is not allowed.
§ Sharing of Illegal Activities: Sharing content that promotes or causes illegal activities
is not allowed.
§ Firearms: Together does not allow content glorifying the abuse, torture, or killing of
people.
§ Violent Organizations: Content glorifying violent or criminal organizations, promoting
them, or supporting them is not allowed on Together.
§ Intellectual Property: Sharing content that violates the intellectual property of others
is not allowed.
§ Nudity: Nudity is strictly prohibited on public or private pages, and no content promoting
or containing nudity in any form on public or private pages will be tolerated.
Unwanted nudity is strictly prohibited on Exclusive Pages, and no content promoting or
containing unwanted nudity in any form will be tolerated..
§ Non-Public Personal Information: Sharing content that shares the private information
of other individuals without their consent is not allowed.
§ Suicide and Self-Harm: Sharing content that promotes, encourages, or glorifies
suicide and self-harm is not allowed. Encouraging others to self-harm goes against
the principles of a caring environment that we want to provide to all users.
§ Eating Disorders and Body Perception Disorders: Together does not allow content
showing or promoting eating disorders or dangerous weight loss behaviors.
§ Violent Content: Sharing content that is threatening, inciting, or glorifying, or
expresses a desire for violence or harm is not allowed.
§ Animal Abuse: Together does not allow the abuse, torture, or neglect of animals,
animal trafficking, or any other forms of animal exploitation.
How Can I Report a Violation?
You can report any violation of these community standards directly through the reporting
tools in the Together app or our online form on our website. The Together Support Team will
review your report and respond if necessary. To contact you, we may use your contact
information, including your username, first and last name, and email address.
If you do not report content through the reporting tools in the Together app, you should take
a screenshot of the content you believe violates the community guidelines.
What Happens After a Report?
Any behavior, activity, or content that we believe violates the community guidelines can be
temporarily or permanently sanctioned. We reserve the right to monitor the content and use
of the app at any time and at our discretion to ensure compliance with the community
guidelines and terms of use. Our decision on whether a violation of the community
guidelines has occurred is final. Fortunately, this is the exception if you adhere to the
community guidelines. However, if you believe that a decision made against you is unfair,
you have the opportunity to challenge it by contacting us in writing.
