Terms of Use
The Together App is a social network and is operated by LKK Together Development GmbH.
Together is a combination of a shared photo album and a social media platform. You can
create various albums for different projects and experiences together with friends or family
and capture those memories in the form of photos and videos to share as you wish.
Hey Together Community!
Hey Together Community! Before you get started, please take a look at our Terms of Use. It
contains everything you need to know to use our app - so pretty important stuff! If you don't
accept the terms, you won't be able to use the app, unfortunately. But don't worry, if you're
using the app, it means you agree to the terms. Thanks for helping make Together a great
place for everyone!
Thanks, everyone!

Permissions and Restrictions:
Content refers to profile pictures, photos, videos, emojis,
captions, comments, or messages shared through our services. You are responsible for the
content you share through our services, including ensuring that you have the right to use the
content and that it complies with laws, rules, regulations, and the User Agreement. If you
share content to which you are not entitled to use or that violates laws, rules, regulations, or
the User Agreement, we have the right to remove it, and we will remove it. We do not
tolerate harassment, intimidation, defamation, threats, hateful content, child sexual
exploitation, sexual abuse, promotion of suicide or self-harm, theft of intellectual property, or
other illegal activities. For further details, please refer to our Community Standards, which
are part of the User Agreement. You own the content you share through our services and
grant Together a license to use the content under the following conditions:
• Content in a private page refers to content that you only share with individuals who are
participants of the page or who have been granted permission to view the content of the
page.
• On a voluntary basis, some individuals may choose to share their content, which is only
visible in private pages, with Together so that it can be used for communication, advertising,
and marketing purposes. For example, on billboards, in other advertisements, in Apple's App
Store, or in Google's Play Store. If you choose such a scenario, you must grant Together a
license to use this content.
• If the option to show content only to selected persons ("private or exclusive") was selected
when creating the page, the page and its content should only be visible to the persons
selected by the creator or admin, as well as all participants selected by you. Together is not
responsible if content is copied and disseminated elsewhere by a selected person who has
the authorization to view or publish content in the page.
• If the option "exclusive" was selected when creating the page, the page and its content
should only be visible to the participants selected by the creator or admin. Together is not
responsible if content is copied and disseminated elsewhere by a selected person who has
the authorization to publish content in the page.
• Publicly shared content refers to content that is accessible to every user on Together. In
consideration for the use of our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish,
transmit, display, and distribute the content you share with a Global Shared Content, in all
media or distribution methods. This license authorizes us to make your publicly shared
content available to the rest of the world and to allow others to do the same. You agree that
this license grants Together the right to provide, promote, and improve our services and to
provide globally shared content to other companies, organizations, or individuals for
syndication, broadcast, distribution, promotion, or publication in other media and services.
Such additional uses by Together or other companies, organizations, or individuals are made
without compensation to you regarding the publicly shared content, as your use of our
services is considered sufficient compensation.
• Once a user has exited a page, they no longer have the authorization to delete the content
they uploaded to the page. They can only do this if they are still an active participant of a
page.
• The admin of a page is the governing body of a page and also has the right to delete
content of other page participants.
Age Restriction
To use our services, you must be at least 12 years old. This age limit is intended to protect
young users and ensure that the content of our platform is suitable for all age groups. By
creating an account, you confirm that you have reached the required minimum age. Parents
and guardians are encouraged to monitor and accompany minors' use of the app to ensure
a safe online experience.
Media Storage
As part of our commitment to providing efficient and high-quality service, we limit the storage
space for photos that can be uploaded by a user account to 2 gigabytes (GB). This limit
helps us ensure a fast and reliable user experience for all users. If you reach your storage
limit, you can increase it in the future through a premium feature.
Technical Failures
We are not obligated to monitor the content that individuals share through our services.
However, we want our services to be a place where people can have fun and express
themselves safely. Content that infringes on the rights of another person or does not comply

see offensive content, you can report it using the reporting function in the app. If you believe
that your content has been copied in a manner that violates your intellectual property rights,
you can report this directly in the app or through our intellectual property reporting form on
our website.

Termination of Our Services
We are entitled to temporarily or permanently block your account and prohibit your use of

This means that we will block your account for 30 days if you share offensive content. During
this time, you will not be able to share content or view other content in our services. If this

and Together agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Graz and Austrian law. You
and Together agree that all claims and disputes (whether contractual or otherwise) arising
out of or in connection with the terms or the User Agreement will be litigated exclusively in

updated User Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services. If any part
of these terms or the User Agreement is found to be unenforceable, our lawyers will likely
panic, but all other provisions will remain valid. The User Agreement is between you and
